Responsibilities

• Create thorough documentation for test cases, methodologies, and findings.
• Assist in training junior QA staff and foster a culture of quality.
• Engage in ongoing learning to stay current with industry trends.
• Provide feedback on user experience based on testing results.
• Establish quality metrics and report against these metrics to stakeholders.
• Participate in software design reviews to understand potential issues early in development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Certification in a quality-related field is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in QA or similar role

Technical Skills

• SQL
• Test Case Management Tools

Certifications

• Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA)

Languages
