We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Production Workers to operate and maintain our advanced mattress filling machines. In this role, you'll ensure the production of high-quality mattresses, focusing on efficiency and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Load materials into the mattress filling machines efficiently.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure standards are met.
• Report any machine malfunctions to the Production Manager promptly.
• Keep the work area clean and organized for safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
• Train new workers on machine operation and safety protocols.

Advantageous

• Experience with mattress filling machines: Familiarity with operating and maintaining mattress filling equipment will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of quality standards in the bedding industry: Understanding of safety and quality standards specific to bedding production.
