Job Description

We are on the lookout for a knowledgeable Food Scientist who will play a vital role in developing and improving food products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food chemistry and technology, with a passion for advancing food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Design experiments to test the stability and shelf life of food products.
  • Document research findings and maintain detailed records of product development.
  • Assist in the investigation of consumer complaints and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare presentations for stakeholders to communicate research outcomes and product potentials.
  • Train junior staff on food science principles and laboratory techniques.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related field
  • Master's degree is a strong advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the food industry
