• Maintain accurate records of experiments and findings.
• Collaborate with external partners for research initiatives.
• Lead training sessions on product development techniques.
• Implement best practices in food safety and quality assurance.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Develop prototypes and conduct taste tests.
• Analyze customer feedback for product refinement.
• Stay informed about food legislation changes and implications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related field
• Master's degree in Food Science is an advantage.

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in food science or related industry
