The successful candidate will contribute to the development of innovative food products, perform research, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance and quality, while also being instrumental in sustainable sourcing practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform sensory evaluations to assess product quality.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on product launches.
• Document research findings and prepare technical reports.
• Engage in training sessions for production staff.
• Assist in the troubleshooting of processing issues.
• Contribute to sustainable product development initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in food product development
