Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in Durban. Your role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.
  • Assist in training new team members on customer service protocols.
  • Participate in team meetings and contributing to service improvements.
  • Provide product recommendations and assistance with purchases.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate management levels.
  • Engage in continuous learning about company products and services.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years in customer support roles, preferably in tech or retail sectors
Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with Helpdesk software
  • Data entry and management

Languages
  • English: Fluent
