Job Description

We are searching for a passionate Customer Success Manager based in Cape Town. In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes while utilizing our products. You will play a crucial role in building relationships and serving as a trusted advisor to our clients, leading to increased customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Track and report on customer success metrics and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding product updates and enhancements.
  • Create and maintain customer resource materials for effective user training.
  • Assist clients in the effective implementation of product features.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align on customer feedback and product roadmaps.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role
