We are looking for a Logistics Manager to join our Johannesburg team. You will be responsible for optimizing the logistics operations from supply chain management to inventory control. Your expertise will be essential in developing strategies that improve warehouse efficiency and transport effectiveness while meeting customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Direct logistics processes, ensuring they are efficient and effective.
• Supervise transportation activities and ensure compliance with policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve supply chain reliability.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives to enhance profitability.
• Provide training and support to logistics staff.
• Prepare reports on logistics performance and improvements.
• Engage in continuous improvement efforts in logistics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in logistics management
