Responsibilities

  • Oversee the care delivered by nursing aides and support staff.
  • Maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and hospital standards of care.
  • Participate in research and clinical trials as directed.
  • Mentor junior nurses and provide leadership in the nursing team.
  • Develop and implement patient care programs.
  • Attend and participate in regular training and professional development sessions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare
  • Master's Degree in Nursing is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of nursing experience preferred
