Job Description

Seeking a results-driven E-commerce Manager to take charge of our online sales operations. You will need to demonstrate expertise in online merchandising, customer experience enhancement, and digital marketing initiatives to ensure we meet and exceed our sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute e-commerce business plans to increase market share.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators for e-commerce.
  • Coordinate with logistics for timely product fulfillment and delivery.
  • Enhance user experience through A/B testing and analytics.
  • Develop promotional strategies to boost sales during key periods.
  • Lead a team of e-commerce professionals to achieve set goals.
  • Create engaging content for product descriptions and marketing materials.
  • Manage budget and forecasting for e-commerce projects.
  • Collaborate with IT for website maintenance and updates.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing
