• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous
• E-commerce Platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) Proficient in managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms.
• SEO and SEM strategies Expertise in search optimization and advertising strategies.
• Data Analytics Ability to analyze web metrics and optimize based on findings.
• Leadership Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
• Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving Capable of identifying problems and providing effective solutions.
• Google Analytics Certification
• Certified E-commerce Professional (eCommerce Council)
• English (Fluent)

• Experience in A/B testing and optimization: Hands-on experience in conducting A/B tests and optimizing based on outcomes.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles: Understanding of user experience and design to enhance site usability.
