As a Social Worker, your role will be pivotal in assessing client needs and crafting tailored intervention strategies. Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate the social and emotional needs of clients.
• Deliver counseling, crisis intervention, and support services.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients.
• Implement community awareness and educational programs.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in social work.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
• Master's degree in Social Work is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in direct clinical social work

• Mental Health Assessment

Certifications

• Trauma-Informed Care Certification
• Advanced Clinical Social Work Certification - optional

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Conversational
