Responsibilities
Assess and evaluate clients' needs and substance abuse history.
Develop personalized treatment plans and interventions.
Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address addiction issues.
Facilitate educational workshops on substance abuse prevention and recovery.
Collaborate with other professionals for comprehensive client care.
Assist in accessing community resources and support networks.
Maintain accurate client records and adhere to confidentiality standards.
Develop coping strategies tailored to clients' specific challenges.
Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Social Work
Additional certifications in addiction counseling preferred.
Experience
Prior experience working with individuals dealing with drug abuse and addiction.
