Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead our recruitment efforts in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies and demonstrate a passion for connecting with top talent across various sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and supervise recruitment processes, ensuring timely placement of candidates.
  • Create innovative strategies to enhance employer branding and attract quality applicants.
  • Evaluate recruitment tools and technologies to streamline processes.
  • Handle candidate communication and feedback throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Establish partnerships with community organizations to promote recruitment efforts.
  • Monitor competitor hiring trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Lead diversity hiring initiatives and collaborate with team members to achieve goals.
  • Engage with candidates to maintain a positive applicant experience.
  • Facilitate onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred
Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment management
