Responsibilities

  • Research and develop new food products that meet market needs.
  • Ensure compliance with nutritional labeling and food safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients.
  • Conduct sensory evaluations to improve product taste and quality.
  • Prepare technical documents and specifications for new products.
  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies into existing processes.
  • Analyze shelf-life and stability of food products.
  • Present research findings and product concepts to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related field
  • Postgraduate degree is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in food product development
