• Develop and implement IP policies for clients.
• Handle licensing agreements and negotiations.
• Provide training and workshops on IP law to clients.
• Research and analyse IP law to provide informed legal advice.

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law is preferred
• Intellectual Property Law Extensive knowledge of South African IP laws and regulations.
• Contract Drafting Proficient in drafting and reviewing legal contracts.
• Analytical Thinking Strong analytical skills to assess complex legal issues.
• Communication Skills Effective communication skills for client interactions.
• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
• IP Law Certification
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Intermediate)

• Familiarity with Digital IP Issues: Experience in managing digital IP rights and online enforcement.
• Experience in IP Policy Development: Ability to contribute to the development of IP policies for clients.
