Responsibilities

  • Design irrigation and drainage systems tailored to specific crops.
  • Evaluate the economic feasibility of agricultural projects.
  • Lead initiatives to boost sustainability within farming operations.
  • Assess the impact of climate change on agricultural productivity.
  • Advise on the integration of renewable energy systems in agriculture.
  • Participate in agricultural research grants and projects.
  • Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to source effective technology.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in the agricultural industry
