Job Description

As a Food Scientist at Innovative Food Co., you will play a vital role in developing new food products and improving existing ones. You will utilize your expertise in food chemistry and technology to ensure product quality and compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute experiments for product testing and validation.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Analyze nutritional components and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with sensory evaluation teams to assess product quality.
  • Document research and development processes and results.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field
  • PhD in Food Science is highly regarded
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in food innovation
