Job Description

As a Non-Profit Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and implementing community programs that strive to uplift and empower vulnerable populations. You will work closely with local stakeholders and volunteers to ensure the successful delivery of our initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead program meetings and workshops with stakeholders.
• Monitor program progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Foster relationships with community leaders and organizations.
• Assist in grant writing and fundraising efforts.
• Provide administrative support to the program team.
• Participate in professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or related discipline
• Master's degree in Non-Profit Management or related field is an asset

Experience

• 3+ years experience in a similar role within the non-profit sector
