Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our Durban team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and adept at building relationships with customers. You will play a vital role in promoting our products and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through effective communication and customer engagement.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers.
• Support marketing initiatives and store events.
• Maintain a positive and friendly store environment.
• Assist with cash handling and payment processing.
• Gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve store goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

Education

• Matric/Grade 12
• Diploma in Sales or Marketing would be advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of retail sales experience preferred

Certifications

• Certified Sales Professional (CSP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Fluent
