Job Description

We are seeking a Non-Profit Program Manager to oversee our community programs in Durban. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of various initiatives aimed at impacting the lives of community members positively. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in program management and a passion for social change.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of community outreach programs.
• Monitor and assess program performance against established goals.
• Build partnerships with local NGOs and civic organizations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and funding requirements.
• Support fundraising efforts by preparing grant applications and proposals.
• Mentor and support the development of junior staff.
• Facilitate workshops and community meetings to gather feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a non-profit management role
