Responsibilities

• Identify and implement e-learning solutions for remote training.
• Coordinate training programs with other departments.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
• Monitor budgets for training and development activities.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to trainers within the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in corporate learning environments

• E-learning Tools

Certifications

• Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
• Certified Learning Manager (CLM)

Languages
