• Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights on talent acquisition.
• Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company and attract talent.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant HR certification or diploma is preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in agency recruitment is an advantage
