Responsibilities

  • Formulate HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Create an employee development plan for ongoing training and skills enhancement.
  • Conduct surveys and analyze employee data to assess satisfaction and performance.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and employees regarding HR-related issues.
  • Manage the HR budget and optimize costs.
  • Implement health and wellness programs for employees.
  • Ensure effective communication of HR policies across the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
