Job Description

As a Chef or Head Cook at Quality Eats, you'll be at the forefront of culinary innovation, preparing a variety of dishes that delight our customers. You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring food quality and presentation while managing kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

  • Lead kitchen operations and ensure food quality.
  • Experiment with and develop new recipes.
  • Ensure kitchen hygiene practices are followed diligently.
  • Track inventory and manage ingredient orders.
  • Mentor junior chefs and kitchen personnel.
  • Ensure all dishes meet the restaurant's presentation standards.
  • Work with the team to optimize meal preparation.
  • Adhere to all relevant health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in fine dining or high-volume kitchens
