• Ensure kitchen hygiene practices are followed diligently.
• Track inventory and manage ingredient orders.

• Ensure all dishes meet the restaurant's presentation standards.
• Work with the team to optimize meal preparation.

• Culinary Arts degree or equivalent experience
• Culinary Skills Proficient in a variety of culinary techniques and cuisines.
• Menu Development Experience in crafting diverse and innovative menus.
• Creativity Able to design innovative dishes and menus.
• Teamwork Experience working collaboratively in a kitchen setting.
• Culinary Certification
• English (Fluent)

• Culinary experience in diverse cuisines: Familiarity with international cooking techniques and adaptations.
• Knowledge of food allergies and dietary restrictions: Understanding of different dietary needs and how to adjust menus accordingly.
