Job Description

As our Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. You will lead a team of staff to create a welcoming and positive environment for guests.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and enhance guest service experiences.
  • Manage hotel reservations and ensure optimal occupancy levels.
  • Assist with marketing strategies to promote the hotel.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property for quality assurance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and suppliers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Diploma in Hotel Management is a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality management, preferably within the hotel sector.
