Responsibilities

• Conduct routine checks on patient health and report changes efficiently.
• Implement nursing interventions per care plans and physician orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and specialists for patient referrals and follow-ups.
• Perform wound care, dressing changes, and other skilled nursing tasks.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing actions on patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Nursing

Experience

• 1+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse

Technical Skills

• Patient Care
• Medication Administration

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Time management

Certifications

• BLS certification
• ACLS certification is an asset

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in wound care: Understanding and management of various wound care protocols.
• Pediatric nursing experience: Experience working with pediatric patients.
