Construction Manager

Job Description

As the Construction Manager, you will supervise and direct construction activities, manage site personnel, and liaise with contractors and suppliers. This role requires a proactive approach and strong communication skills to facilitate project completion and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Hire and train construction staff and subcontractors.
• Facilitate teamwork and communication among site personnel.
• Prepare and review daily progress reports.
• Ensure proper equipment and tools are available for tasks.
• Train staff in safe and efficient work practices.
• Prepare and submit progress and final project reports.
• Participate in project planning and risk assessment meetings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in construction management

Languages
