Responsibilities

• Review prescription orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Advise patients on correct medication usage and potential side effects.
• Enhance patient care through effective communication and rapport.
• Support the integration of new technologies in pharmacy practice.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Facilitate medication reconciliation upon patient discharge.
• Manage pharmacy records in accordance with legal requirements.
• Assist in clinical trials and research projects as needed.
• Promote the safe storage and disposal of pharmaceuticals.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in pharmacy.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) is preferred
• Postgraduate diplomas in clinical pharmacy are a plus.

Experience

• 2+ years of clinical pharmacy experience
