Job Description

We are seeking a driven Real Estate Agent to join our team in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the local property market, and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting processes.

Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through the property purchasing process from start to finish.
  • Conduct property evaluations and suggest improvements to enhance value.
  • Create and execute property marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends to provide clients with valuable insights.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts effectively.
  • Attend industry events to expand professional network.
  • Keep abreast of local housing laws and regulations.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on their transactions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Real Estate qualification preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate or sales
