Job Description

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in managing the flow of goods from suppliers to customers. Your primary focus will be on optimizing logistics processes, ensuring timely deliveries, and improving the efficiency of the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics operations to ensure products are delivered on time and in full.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and vendors.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory status, shipments, and supply chain challenges.
• Assist in training new staff on supply chain practices and software.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
• Resolve issues related to logistics and supply chain management effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related field
• Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of education

Experience

• 3 years of experience in supply chain operations

Technical Skills

• Transport Management
• ERP Systems

Soft Skills

• Organizational Skills
• Negotiation Skills

Certifications

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Project Management experience: Experience in managing logistics projects from inception to completion.
