Job Description

Exciting opportunity for an Electrical Engineer in Durban. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems. Your expertise will guide projects from conception through to execution, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage electrical projects from inception to completion.
  • Design and simulate electrical circuits using engineering software.
  • Conduct inspections of electrical installations to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts for electrical projects.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and enforce project timelines and milestones.
  • Evaluate performance metrics and implement improvements.
  • Participate in research and development of new electrical technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical systems
