Join our dynamic team as a Freight and Shipping Coordinator, responsible for overseeing shipping processes, liaising with clients and suppliers, and optimizing freight solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shipping operations and ensure accuracy in shipping documents.
• Assist with preparing and monitoring logistics budgets.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to optimize loading and unloading processes.
• Perform regular audits of shipping records and inventory.
• Support customer service by addressing shipping inquiries.
• Train new staff on shipping procedures and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Logistics is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in shipping compliance and freight coordination

Certifications
