Job Description

As an HR Generalist at our Johannesburg office, you will be pivotal in managing employee relations, compliance, and recruitment processes. You will work closely with management to implement HR policies and procedures that foster a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts for various departments.
  • Enhance employee engagement through targeted programs.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support for performance management systems.
  • Conduct regular HR audits and recommend improvements.
  • Participate in workforce planning and succession planning activities.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs.
  • Manage payroll systems and benefits administration.
  • Establish effective communication channels between management and staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Master's degree in HR or business management is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist roles
