You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting applicants for various roles, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the recruitment database.
• Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in creating job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms.
• Monitor industry trends and market conditions to better advise clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding initiatives.
• Drive candidate engagement through personalized communication and follow-ups.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
