Industrial Engineer

Job Description

As an Industrial Engineer in Johannesburg, your expertise will help us streamline our production operations. You will assess existing systems, design workflows, and apply engineering principles to solve production issues while ensuring the safety and quality of outputs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate production schedules and adjust to meet deadlines.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to eliminate delays.
• Work with suppliers to optimize materials flow.
• Conduct capacity planning and forecasting.
• Lead projects aimed at improving efficiency and productivity.
• Support quality assurance processes to ensure product excellence.
• Train staff on new systems and processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in industrial settings
