Job Description

As a Wet Mix Operator, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of machinery used in producing wet concrete mix. Attention to detail, technical expertise, and proactive problem-solving skills are essential to ensure the quality and consistency of our concrete products.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient operation of mixing equipment to achieve production targets.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot equipment as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of mixing operations.
• Adhere to all environmental and safety regulations.
• Assist in training junior operators on best practices and safety protocols.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to improve technical skills.
• Work effectively with team members to resolve production challenges.
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a safe working environment.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Technical certifications in construction or machinery operation are advantageous

Experience

• Experience with different concrete mixes is a plus.
