Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Construction Project Manager. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of construction projects, from planning and execution to final delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining the scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Evaluate and approve design changes or adjustments to improve project efficiency.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns that may arise.
  • Ensure projects comply with legal and environmental regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in construction project management
