Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Non-Profit Program Manager who will oversee and coordinate community development projects in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have experience in program management and a strong commitment to social change.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.
• Engage with governmental and non-governmental organizations for program support.
• Conduct community assessments to identify needs and opportunities.
• Oversee the recruitment and training of program volunteers.
• Provide timely reports to the management on program progress.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for community members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit Management or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years in managing community programs or similar experience
