Job Description

We are on the hunt for a talented UX Designer to join our vibrant team in Sandton. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the user experience of our digital products through research, design, and testing. You will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that align with our business goals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user feedback and analytics to inform design enhancements.
• Facilitate workshops and design sprints to optimize user experiences.
• Ensure accessibility standards are met in all designs.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices.
• Collaborate in an agile environment to adapt designs to project requirements.
• Document design processes and results for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design or equivalent
• Additional certifications in UX design are beneficial

Experience

• 4-6 years of proven experience in UX/UI design roles

Technical Skills

• HTML/CSS
• Visual design software (Adobe Creative Suite)

Soft Skills

• Team collaboration
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience conducting user interviews: Expertise in gathering insights through user interviews and usability tests.
