As a Process Engineer in our Durban office, you will play a crucial role in optimizing manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers to ensure engineering solutions meet project timelines.
• Implement continuous improvement frameworks to drive long-term efficiency.
• Develop risk assessments for process changes.
• Act as a liaison between engineering and production teams.
• Review and optimize production schedules to reduce downtime.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in the manufacturing sector
