Responsibilities

• Lead design sprints and workshops.
• Utilize design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ensure designs are user-centered and accessible.
• Align product vision with user needs and business objectives.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration to ensure project success.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Preferred Master's degree in Design or UX

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in product design

Technical Skills

• Sketch

Certifications

• UX Design Institute Diploma

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with User-Centered Design Principles: Hands-on experience applying user-centered design methodologies.
