Job Description

We are in search of a passionate Learning and Development Specialist who will design, implement, and oversee various training programs aimed at equipping employees with the necessary skills and knowledge. This role involves identifying training needs and measuring training effectiveness to align with the company's objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver workshops that align with company goals and employee development.
• Evaluate training programs for their relevance and impact on performance.
• Work with various teams to promote participation and engagement in training programs.
• Research and implement innovative training methodologies.
• Develop partnerships with external training providers for specialized training.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees as needed.
• Manage the training budget and resources effectively.
• Prepare training schedules and notify participants.
• Advise management on employee training needs and outcomes.
• Support organizational change initiatives with appropriate training solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in adult education or e-learning are a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in corporate training or development
