• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Develop effective job descriptions and advertisement strategies to attract the right talent.
• Engage with potential candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to better understand their recruitment needs and team dynamics.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment metrics in the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience while promoting the company brand.
• Contribute to enhancing recruitment processes by providing insights and recommendations.
• Participate in job fairs and promotional events to attract prospective candidates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field

Experience

• 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment

Technical Skills

• Data analysis for recruitment
• Social media recruitment strategies

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic
• Xhosa: Basic
