Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Administrator for our Pretoria office. In this role, you will assist in implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and facilitating training programs to enhance employee performance and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment and selection processes, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
  • Keep up-to-date employee records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Support performance review processes and documentation.
  • Develop and coordinate employee training programs.
  • Promote a culture of feedback and recognition within the workplace.
  • Provide support in implementing HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR
  • HR Management Certification preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a corporate setting
