Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment and selection processes, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates.
Assist with employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
Keep up-to-date employee records and ensure confidentiality.
Support performance review processes and documentation.
Develop and coordinate employee training programs.
Promote a culture of feedback and recognition within the workplace.
Provide support in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR
HR Management Certification preferred
Experience
2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a corporate setting
