Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bloemfontein. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and providing solutions in a friendly and efficient manner. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
  • Work to resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new customers.
  • Engage in proactive outreach to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Higher Certificate in Customer Service or Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
