You will be tasked with monitoring compliance activities, reporting on compliance status, and advising on regulatory changes that may impact our business. Responsibilities

• Create and manage compliance documentation and reporting systems.
• Lead compliance training initiatives for both new and existing staff.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory entities during audits.
• Review and update compliance policies regularly to reflect changing regulations.
• Act as a resource to employees on compliance-related questions and issues.
• Assist in the development of risk management strategies.
• Prepare and present compliance findings to upper management.
• Participate in meetings to discuss compliance-related projects and initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of compliance-related experience, ideally in a managerial role

• Compliance Management Systems

Certifications

• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
• Member of the Compliance Institute of South Africa (CISA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
