Job Description

The Cosmetic Counselor will be responsible for offering personalized advice on skincare products and beauty treatments. You will assist customers in making informed decisions on products, helping them enhance their beauty routines and achieve desired results.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored consultations to match customers with their ideal beauty products.
• Offer exceptional service through product demos and expert advice.
• Maintain high standards of customer interaction and follow-up.
• Stay informed on industry updates, seasonal trends, and product launches.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in product handling.
• Assist with stock management and replenishment of beauty products.
• Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns in-store.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent
• Further qualification in Beauty Therapy is advantageous

Experience

• Previous experience in beauty consultations and retail environments is a plus.
