Job Description

The High School Auto Repair Teacher will focus on imparting essential skills to students in automotive repair. This role requires a blend of theoretical teaching and hands-on practical experience to prepare learners for a career in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Teach students to diagnose and fix automotive issues.
• Guide students in maintaining vehicles and understanding automotive systems.
• Engage learners in hands-on learning experiences and projects.
• Foster student collaboration and teamwork in practical tasks.
• Assess and report on individual student progress regularly.
• Encourage students to further their knowledge in automotive technologies.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols in the workshop environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or related field
• Teaching qualification is advantageous

Experience

• At least 3 years' experience in the automotive industry, preferably as a mechanic or instructor
