Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Work with the front office to ensure a smooth patient flow.
• Engage in public education about the importance of oral health.
• Supervise dental hygienists and support staff.
• Strive for optimal patient satisfaction and care outcomes.
• Evaluate new dental technologies and tools for practice enhancement.
• Manage patient referrals to dental specialists when necessary.
• Conduct and participate in regular staff meetings for team alignment.
• Provide after-hours care as needed for urgent cases.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent
• Master's degree in Dental Science is preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in a dental setting preferred
